We’re excited to announce a whole bunch of new features for you in TeamworkIQ. Due Dates tops the list. You can now easily add due dates for tasks, project or process milestones, and entire checklists. Also check out the four new views: My Assignments, In Progress, Drafts and Done.
The new Due Dates feature is rather smart. It recognizes and creates due dates as you type. Simply type a date or a phrase having to do with time. It’s that easy. For example: … today at 5:15 pm, … next Friday, … next month, … in four days, … December 3, … 30 Jun at 5 PMWhen setting a date, if a visual calendar would be helpful, click the calendar icon from the toolbar or choose “Select a due date…” from the menu.Due dates are also a central feature in the My Assignments view…
Discover what’s due now (or will be soon) in My Assignments. Your actionable tasks are at the top of the list sorted by Next Due Date. Further down you’ll find upcoming assignments. TeamworkIQ automatically flags anything that needs extra attention (such a deadline that’s past due) with a yellow /! triangle.
Drafts, In Progress, and Done
Drafts, In Progress, and Done keep your growing number of checklists organized. Easily find your drafts. Keep track of delegated work that’s in progress. Discover what’s done and search the archive of completed checklists to review past activities. Use completed checklists (or any checklist) as a template to start a new one.
Due Date Report
If you have pending due dates, you’ll also notice a new Due Date Report in your inbox. This gives you convenient links directly to your most urgent work. To change the schedule for when (and if) you get this report, follow the Preferences link in the report or sign-in to TeamworkIQ and go to the Main Menu, click your email address, and choose Report Settings.Sign-in or sign up.
